Can I submit a paper copy of my reference letter?

No. Referees are sent an email requesting that they complete the online Referee Assessment form. Referees are encouraged to send an email to gradapps@uoguelph.ca  [1]if they are experiencing difficulty or have issues with this process.

They will need to use the email address provided in your application and include your name as it appears in the application.
