The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is working to ensure that existing and incoming graduate students, and applicants stay informed of the University’s response to the evolving global impact of COVID-19.  The University is continuing to update our COVID-19 page with recent information, answers to FAQs and other resources.

Applicants: We continue to process applicants and issue of offers of admission. 

As a precaution against COVID-19, the Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies is not offering in-person service because our staff are working remotely. Please contact the office by email. We will continue responding to inquiries, focusing on the most urgent issues first, but please allow for additional response time and know that we are working as hard as we can to support you and will work with you to ensure minimized disruption for all current and incoming students.

The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) is dedicated to service excellence in all of its activities, partnering with departments to: maintain academic standards and the integrity of the graduate programs; attract and admit high quality students and assist graduate students with the successful completion of their academic studies.


The Office of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (OGPS) is located on the 3rd floor of the University Centre.


Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30 (Please note that the access gates to our office close at 4:15)
The access gates to OGPS open at 9:30 on Thursdays.​
