Examples of Common Filters

Program Filters

This filter displays applications by program.

1. In WebNow explorer, select quick search.

2. In the drop down menu, select 'Program' then select 'is equal to'.

3. Insert the name of the program(s) you wish to create a filter for. Example: MSC.CHEM:L or MSC.CHEM.

4. Click the go button to display the results of the search.

5. Click on the save filter button and follow the steps for saving a filter as listed on the previous page.

Start Term Filter

This filter displays applications by start term.

1. In WebNow explorer, select the search tab, then click the plus sign   to open the condition box.

2. Once the condition box is displayed, in the constrain by drop down menu, select custom properties. 

3. Leave 'Type' as 'Normal'.

4. In the field drop down menu, select 'GA START TERM'.

5. Select 'is equal to' in the operator field.

6. In the value field, insert a start term. example: F15, W15, S15.

7. Click the go button to display the results of the search.

8. Click on the save filter button and follow the steps for saving a filter as listed on the previous page.

Completed Applications Filter

This filter displays completed applications. 

1. In WebNow explorer, select the search tab, then click the plus sign   to open the condition box.

2. Once the condition box is displayed, in the constrain by drop down menu, select custom properties. 

3. Leave 'Type' as 'Normal'.

4. In the field drop down menu, select 'GA APP STATUS'.

5. Select 'is equal to' in the operator field.

6. In the value dropdown, click 'more' then select ADR-All Documents Received from the list. Note: to create a filter for incomplete applications, follow steps 1-5 then in the value dropdown, click 'more' then select GOUAC from the list. 

7. Click the go button to display the results of the search.

8. Click on the save filter button and follow the steps for saving a filter as listed on the previous page. 

International Application Filter

This filter displays applications based on immigration status. For example: SA = International

1. In WebNow Explorer, select the search tab, then click the plus sign   to open the condition box.

2. Once the condition box is displayed, in the constrain by drop down menu, select custom properties. 

3. Leave type as 'Normal'.

4. In the field drop down menu, select 'GA IMMIGRATION STATUS'.

5. Select 'is equal to' in the operator field.

6. In the value, insert SA. 

7. Click the go button to display the results of the search.

8. Click on the save filter button and follow the steps for saving a filter as listed on the previous page.
