How can I report grades I have received since submitting my application?

Please use the following link where you will sign in using your Single Sign On (WebAdvisor & Gryphmail login) and complete the form.  You can select the type of request in the details section and include the name of the document as it appears in WebAdvisor (if applicable).

Once the request is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email to your uoguelph email address to upload the document to WebAdvisor.
