Why I Chose Guelph...

I choose to study at the University of Guelph because the program had everything that I was looking for in a PhD program. It allowed me to follow my research interests and to gain applied skills and community research experience. 

About My Advisor...

I was incredibly fortunate to have two wonderful supervisors whom I deeply respect and who were incredibly supportive of my research interests, career goals and desire to balance graduate school with my family life. 

About the City...

Guelph is a very friendly city and has a strong community feel. It is a great place to meet people and to get involved in community activities.

About My Program...

I really liked that in this program I was able to gain a range of research experience in community organizations, with industry partners and in academic settings.
