About my research…

My main research interests are in organizational identity and reputation and their implications for organizational strategies, sustainability and CSR. My research projects include sustainability and certifications in the Australian wine industry and social enterprise in Tanzania.

How my research improves life…

It is increasingly evident that many businesses are striving to improve their social and environmental performance as well as their economic performance and are being compelled to implement sustainability principles into their strategic plans and action. There is a global impetus to move business from strategies that focus on causing 'less harm' to 'doing more good'. My research explores factors that influence organizational and industry strategic responses to pressures for sustainability.
