This legend explains the various metrics in the Admissions & Operations Dashboard.
| Admission Stats | Description |
| Total Apps. | Total graduate applications received for the term specified. |
| Completed Apps. | Total completed graduate applications. Applicant has submitted all transcripts, referee assessmenets and any additional documentation. |
| Refusals | Total applicants refused. This may include completed or incomplete applications. |
| Offers | Total offers of admission processed by graduates studies. Once processed, the applicant is notified to log into WebAdvisor to respond to offer. |
| Offers Accepted | Total offers of admission accepted by applicants. |
| Completed Apps. To Offers | Rate of conversion for Completed Applications to Offers. |
| Offer Acceptance Rate | Rate of conversion for Offers processed to Offers accepted by applicants. |
| Applicant Demographics | Rate of conversion for Offers processed to Offers accepted by applicants. |
| Additional Admission Stats | Description |
| ADC | Offers of admission that are conditional pending receipt of final transcripts. |
| ADMF | Offers of admission that are final. All final transcripts have been received. |
| ADCL | Offers of admission declined by applicant |
| APME | Application moved earlier upon request of applicant |
| DEFO | Application deferred to a later term upon request of applicant |
| MSNR | Student has accepted offer but did not register |
| RLANG | Refused. Applicand does not meet English requirement |
| RDEPT | Refused. Applicant does not meet program specific requirements |
| RFAC | Refused. No faculty advisor available |
| RFUND | Refused. No department funding available |
| RGPS | Refused by Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies |
| Operational Data | Description |
| Peak Periods for Applications | This bar graph identifies the program's peak periods for applications. |
| Average Queue Entry to First View | This number represents the number of days the application was in the Graduate Program Assistant queue before they opened the file. |
| Application Route Back Rate | This rate represents the number of applications that were routed back to the department due to departmental error. |
| Avg. Application Time in Dept. Queues. | The average number of days an application is in each respective queue. |
| Total Time in Dept. Queues | An average totally the number of days an application is in the department for review. |
