About my research…
Dr. Gohar is a researcher and psychologist interested in public health and epidemiology. He conducts 'prevention-focused' research that helps identify and understand adverse health outcomes in the workplace. He applies various research methods, including knowledge synthesis (e.g., meta analyses) and mixed methods. His research program explores topics such as workplace mental health and COVID-19, moral injury in human and animal healthcare, and sickness absenteeism and presenteeism.
