About My Research...
“My research focuses mainly on personnel selection, with an emphasis on finding valid and fair methods of hiring the best employees. Most recently, I have investigated employment interviews as a promising approach to measuring personality in job applicants. My research also looks at personality testing and integrity testing in selection contexts.”
