My research focuses on the intersections of social and solidarity economies (SSE), community development, and socio-environmental change, primarily through community-based energy and food initiatives. I am also a practitioner of co-operative economic action.
How my research can "Improve Life"
My research projects are community-engaged and involve those impacted by the research in its design, implementation, and evaluation. These participatory inquiries aim to inform practice, advocacy and policy-making.
